Pack Voltage System Schematic5867 viewsThis is the schematic for the Hi Voltage DC System.
It includes everything that connects to the pack.
I've left out a few of the hairball connections (like tach and tach sensor) that don't connect to anything else.

Melted corner3659 viewsThis is a better view of the melted mess in the corner.
I've moved the tilt switch and relay out of the way.
The burning brake line melted both water drain tubes, and damaged the battery cable.

MKII Reg Remote LED bar5295 viewsI brought all the Regulating and Under Voltage indicator LEDS off the regs and mounted them on a little display in the cabin. This made it MUCH easier to see what was going on with the batteries.
Note: Do NOT use IDC connectors. They are not reliable and the wires keep falling out of them.
